Since all products sold on E-Series Digital are digital in nature and are delivered instantly via download link upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Digital products cannot be "returned" as they are intangible goods. Once delivered, the transaction is considered complete.
We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
Technical Failure: If the download link is not working and we are unable to provide an alternative delivery method within 48 hours of your complaint.
Incorrect Product: If the product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
In all cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
To submit a refund request, please email us at support@eseries.digital with the following details: your Order ID, email address used during purchase, reason for the refund request, and any supporting screenshots or evidence (if applicable).
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be processed via the same gateway used for the original transaction (Razorpay or Cashfree).
As E-Series Digital exclusively sells digital products, there is no physical shipping involved. All products are delivered electronically via instant download links generated after successful payment. No physical goods are dispatched, and therefore no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or shipping addresses are applicable.
Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellation after purchase is not possible. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
